• Food and Drinks: No outside food, beverages, alcohol, or water may be brought into the venue.
• Weather Policy: The festival will proceed rain or shine.
• Valuables: Attendees are responsible for their belongings; the organizers are not liable for theft or loss.
• Smoking: Only permitted in designated smoking areas.
• Emergency Protocol: Contact the nearest staff member immediately in case of an emergency.
• Health Advisory: The festival is not recommended for elderly citizens, pregnant individuals, or persons with disabilities. Attendees in these groups must consult their doctor and inform the event host with medical clearance. The host bears no liability for health incidents if this is not followed.
