STAGE TABLE AREA

Every stage table includes express entry, backstage lounge access and stage access tickets for all guests. Sold at full capacity — extra guests cannot be added.

DANCEFLOOR TABLE ZONE

Every dancefloor table includes express entry and VIP tickets for all guests. Add up to 2 extra guests at ฿2,500 net each. No backstage or stage access.

MALL RAVE TABLES — THE AFTERPARTY

Inside Cloud 11, one floor down, from 9PM until late. Every Mall Rave table includes Mall Rave entry for all guests and a bottle package to the value shown. Available to main-event ticket holders.

TABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Table pricing

• Table prices are dynamic — they may increase or decrease based on availability. The price at the time of checkout is your final price; earlier or later prices will not be matched or refunded.
• Every table listing shows the price per person, the total package price, and the number of guests included.
• Stage table area packages — Stage DJ VVIP, Stage VIP Zone A and Stage VIP Zone B — are sold at full capacity. Extra guests cannot be added to these tables.
• Dancefloor tables — Dancefloor Sofa and Dancefloor High Chair — may add a maximum of 2 extra guests per table at THB 2,500 net per extra table ticket. Extra tickets can be purchased in advance through our table team or settled at check-in.

Bottle packages

• Every table includes a guaranteed bottle package to the value shown on the table listing.
• The bottle line-up for this show is curated by Kolour from the premium spirit and champagne partners confirmed for the event.
• Closer to the show, once the line-up is locked, our table team will contact every booking with the package options available for your tier and take your preferences.
• Package contents and final brand allocation are set by Kolour and subject to partner availability.

Check-in & wristbands

• Final entry for table check-in is at 5:30PM with no exceptions or refunds. We reserve the right to hold the table until 5:30PM, after which it will be reallocated to other guests. We will not offer refunds for late arrival in case your table is resold after 5:30PM.
• There is no re-entry to the show after 5:30PM. Once you leave the venue after this time you will not be readmitted.
• You may check in with at least 1 member of the table. If not all members of the group have arrived, wristbands will be given individually by our staff to the whole group. Remaining guests who arrive late must know the booking name and order code to be wristbanded.
• Lost wristbands will not be replaced. New wristbands must be purchased at THB 2,900 net per person.
• General admission wristbands are not allowed in VIP zones.
• Don’t forget to settle any extra payments upon check-in.

Table locations

• All table locations within each zone are assigned at Kolour’s discretion. You are welcome to tell our table team your preferred position and we will do our best to accommodate it, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
• The table map is indicative and may be amended. Kolour reserves the right to adjust the layout, position, size and configuration of any zone or table at any time before or during the event for operational, production or safety reasons. Where a table is moved, you will be provided with a table of the same tier and equivalent package value. Changes of this kind do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Cancellation / refund policy

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 30 days of the event. If over 30 days, we will offer a 50% refund.
• Tables that are not checked in and are resold after 5:30PM will not be refunded.
• Price changes after purchase (up or down) do not entitle the buyer to a refund or adjustment.

Adverse weather and natural events

• Our show is an all-weather event and will continue dance rain or shine.
• In the event of extreme weather or other adverse occurrences that may prevent the event from taking place, your package value will be credited to a future event.

Set times

• Table service personnel cannot provide you with set times. When set times become available, they will be visible on our social media feeds: Instagram.

What to expect when you close out

• Yes, you can take unfinished bottles home. Unfinished bottles will not be permitted into the official afterparty.
• If you lost something, please contact our help booth for lost and found or message our Instagram.

Mall Rave tables

• Mall Rave tables include Mall Rave entry tickets and a bottle package to the value shown. 
• Mall Rave tables are available to main-event ticket holders. A Park Rave ticket or table must be held alongside them.
• There is no published table map for the Mall Rave. Placement is assigned by Kolour and confirmed closer to the show. Buying a Mall Rave table secures a table of the tier purchased, not a specific position.
• Mall Rave tables are sold at full capacity. Extra guests cannot be added.
• Mall Rave tables are not valid for entry to the Park Rave.
• All other terms on this page — pricing, bottle packages, check-in, cancellation and adverse weather — apply to Mall Rave tables in the same way.
