2. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. The voucher may be transferred to a third party, provided that the booker notifies the ticket seller via email at least 1 day prior to the event.

4. Please have your voucher/ticket, as our team will request to verify it upon arrival.
