📣 Instructions for purchasing tickets
1. According to Article 9 of the "Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of Standard Form Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, the Organizer adopts Option 1: Tickets are non-refundable within 10 days prior to the event, and the refund handling fee shall not exceed 10% of the ticket face value.
2. If tickets are purchased within 10 days prior to the event and remain unused, and the event is not canceled, postponed, or subject to changes in its main performance program, customers who file a credit card dispute refund request will receive a refund of 10% of the ticket price only, excluding any ticket collection fees. In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's ticket refund regulations, the remaining 90% is non-refundable as it covers reservation of your ticket, administrative processing costs, and costs incurred to ensure the event proceeds as scheduled.
3. This event prohibits entry for individuals below 18 years old. Please carry a government-issued photo ID for verification (such as a National ID card, National Health Insurance card, driver's license, or passport).
4. Please do not purchase tickets from unauthorized ticket sales channels, websites, or unknown sources, as doing so may jeopardize your rights and interests.
5. Please keep your ticket safe. Damaged, lost, altered, or illegible tickets cannot be reissued, and admission will be denied.
6. This event is not a real-name registration event. Admission is granted by presenting a valid ticket or QR Code. An event wristband will be issued after ticket verification.
7. If you wish to change the event date or ticket type after your order has been confirmed, please apply for a ticket refund first and then purchase a new ticket in accordance with the refund policy.
8. Ticket upgrades are available on the event day only at the Information booth by paying the price difference based on the on-site ticket price.
9. Holders of EEGA Opening Offer Tickets who arrive after 3:30 PM on the event day must pay an additional NT$800 to upgrade to a GA ticket.
10. Ticket scalping is prohibited. Any resale of tickets at a price higher than the original face value or listed price for non-personal use violates Article 10-1, Paragraph 2 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act. Violators may be fined 10 to 50 times the ticket face value or listed price per ticket by the competent authority.
11. No performance guarantee mechanism or payment protection measures are provided for this event.
🤜🏻 Rules for wristband
1. Upon entry, corresponding wristbands will be provided for wearing throughout the event. Wristbands are used for identification within the venue. It is mandatory to wear the wristband at all times during the event. If someone is found not wearing the event wristband inside the venue, the organizer will charge according to the announced ticket price.
2. Re-entry during the event period is not permitted. Wristbands will be cut off if leaving the venue midway. Re-entry requires repurchasing tickets.
🚫 Prohibited Items
1. In accordance with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration, the following items are prohibited inside the venue: fireworks, balloons, drones, and laser pointers. Violators may be subject to penalties imposed by the Civil Aviation Administration in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Umbrellas of any kind, flagpoles, extendable selfie sticks, benches, chairs, recliners, folding chairs, tents, knives, sticks, glass bottles, and any item that may be considered dangerous or used as a weapon.
3. Any illegal items, narcotics, flammable materials, explosives, pressurized aerosol cans, or unidentified substances.
4. All cigarettes (opened or unopened), cigars, matches, lighters, electronic cigarettes (vapes), heated tobacco products, and e-liquids. Designated smoking areas and tobacco sales will be available inside the venue.
5. Any food or beverages (including betel nuts, chewing gum, tea bags, candy, chocolate, etc.).
6. Any containers (including water bottles, reusable bottles, thermos flasks, food containers, coolers, etc.).
7. Liquids exceeding 100 ml, including but not limited to eye drops, perfume, and similar products.
8. Professional photography or video equipment (unless prior approval has been granted by the Organizer).
※ The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation. Any prohibited items found during security inspection will be deemed voluntarily surrendered and will not be returned.
⚠️ Notes
1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend this event. ID verification will be conducted upon entry. Please carry a government-issued identification document (National ID card, driver's license, or passport). Only original physical documents will be accepted for verification.
2. Please drink responsibly and adhere to the principle of "Don't drink and drive. Don't drive after drinking." If you consume alcohol, please use public transportation when leaving the venue.
3. To ensure the safety of the event, there will be on-site police patrols. If you observe any suspicious, dangerous, or rule-violating behavior, or if you experience any discomfort, please immediately notify nearby staff or visit the medical station for assistance.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the event rules or seriously disturbs other guests. Re-entry will not be permitted, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
5. To ensure smooth traffic flow before and after the event, attendees are encouraged to use public transportation. Free shuttle bus services will also be provided.
6. For safety reasons, security personnel and event staff will inspect bags and conduct security screenings upon entry.
7. Extendable selfie sticks may not exceed 30 cm when fully extended. Please use them responsibly and be mindful of those around you. If the use of a selfie stick causes inconvenience or poses a safety risk to others, the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate it without return.
8. If you need to bring prescription or medical medication, please ensure it is clearly labeled and accompanied by valid proof of prescription or medical documentation. On-site medical personnel will determine whether the medication may be brought into the venue.
9. The event stage features laser lighting effects and water spray systems. For your safety, please avoid looking directly into the laser lights and remain aware of your surroundings.
10. Any bag exceeding 30 × 30 × 15 cm, as well as any suitcase or luggage, must be checked at the baggage storage area outside the venue.
11. Pets are not permitted inside the venue, except for certified service animals.
12. If any identification documents, National Health Insurance cards, bank or credit cards, or other personal belongings are found after the event, the Organizer will collect and organize all lost items and announce them through the official Facebook and Instagram accounts.
13. In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the event, including artist performances, and will process ticket refunds in accordance with applicable regulations.
14. In accordance with the Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of Standard Form Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets, the Organizer guarantees the advertised performance content. If there is any change to the main performance or principal program, ticket holders may request a full refund before the event. Any changes will be announced promptly on the official website together with the reason for the change. Refund procedures will be announced within seven (7) days of such announcement. Approved refunds will be processed within ninety (90) days after the refund application is received (or on the next business day if the deadline falls on a public holiday). 15. Credit card purchases are accepted for this event. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or changes to the main performance or performing artists, ticket holders may apply for a credit card chargeback through their original card issuer.
16. The Organizer will photograph and record the event. By entering the venue, attendees grant the Organizer permission to use their likeness, images, and recordings for event-related purposes, including on-site screens, electronic media, websites, and social media.
17. Single-Day GA Disability Tickets and Companion Tickets are available for purchase on-site only at 50% off the on-site GA ticket price.
18. Disability Tickets are available only to holders of a valid Republic of China (Taiwan) Disability Identification Card that remains valid on the event date. Companion Tickets may only be purchased if the Disability Identification Card includes the "Necessary Companion" eligibility notation. Each eligible Disability Identification Card may purchase a maximum of one (1) Disability Ticket and one (1) Companion Ticket per event. The original Disability Identification Card must be presented upon entry, and the companion must enter together with the cardholder. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry and reject any refund or exchange requests if these requirements are not met.
19. The event will strictly comply with the venue's maximum capacity regulations.
20. Please read all event information and regulations carefully before purchasing tickets. Completion of the ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.

📩 Refund
According to the regulations stipulated by the Ministry of Culture on the "Standardized Contract Terms and Prohibited Clauses for Cultural Performance Tickets," the sixth item regarding "Refund and Exchange Mechanism" outlines four provisions. The refund policy for this event adopts the following explanation under scheme one: Refunds for this event will be handled by the executing unit.
Refunds are not permitted within 10 days prior to the performance, and the maximum processing fee for refund or exchange is 10% of the ticket face value. However, if consumers purchase tickets before the deadline but receive them after the deadline or have not received them by the start of the performance, they are still eligible for a refund. No refund processing fee will be charged when the reason for refund or exchange is not attributable to the consumer.

※ Refund requests must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event concludes. If the processing deadline falls on a public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.
