Workshops by Christina Sang
When was the last time you felt genuinely met — not liked, not matched, but actually seen by another human? This workshop uses a live AI-versus-human comparison to make that gap visceral and felt. Participants move from their phones to their partners to their own nervous systems, arriving somewhere most wellness experiences never reach: genuinely present with another human being.

Christina Sang has spent her life at the meeting point of leadership, wellbeing, and belonging — first as a strategist for 115+ global brands across luxury hospitality and editorial (LVMH, L'Oréal, Hyundai, Banyan Tree among them), and then, after her own burnout asked her to slow down, as the founder she actually wanted to be.
She's the Founder & CEO of The Wellnest Collective, a workplace wellbeing ecosystem across Southeast Asia; co-owner and board member of Mind You, a mental health tech startup scaling access to therapy and emotional support across the Philippines; and founder of Fuel to Flourish, a nonprofit building belonging spaces for communities most often left out of wellness. Trained across many modalities — coaching, somatic trauma, yoga, breathwork, herbalism among them — she is a lifelong student, currently deepening her research at the intersection of AI and human connection. She lives in La Union with her husband Ziggie, their daughter Amaia, and a second baby on the way.

Workshops by Ziggie Gonzales 
This is the Sound Circle — with a beginning that changes everything. Before the music starts, participants spend 20 minutes making their own instrument: a shaker built from a plastic bottle stuffed with seeds, sand, or rice. The making is meditative and tactile — and it connects to Ziggie’s grassroots eco-bricking movement (The Plastic Solution), giving the whole thing a story worth telling. Then they play it together.

Born into a renowned Filipino musical family, "Ziggie" Gonzales has spent his life between worlds: enterprise, ecology, music, and the body. He co-founded The Circle Hostel, a chain of community surf eco-hostels, and The Plastic Solution, the grassroots ecobrick movement recognized as a Blue Water Heroes finalist in Singapore. He's also recently added FuMu, a functional mushroom company into his family, works as a real estate developer, and sits on the board of a Filipino fintech company (USSC). Certified in breathwork and in psychedelic-assisted, trauma-informed therapy, trained in Animal Flow and a student of Authentic Relating, Ziggie holds spaces that pay quiet homage to the pre-colonial healing traditions of his ancestors.
