• Rates are inclusive of 10% services charge and applicable tax. 
• The supplement charge with extra bed is THB 2,000 net per person per night and THB 1,000 net per person per night for a child below 12 years old, including breakfast. (Applicable for Deluxe and Premium only).
• A maximum of 2 adults are allowed to stay in the Duplex Boat Suite, and a child under 12 years old is not allowed to stay in the Duplex Boat Suite.
• Duplex Boat Suite excluded The Level Benefits.
• Full prepayment is required at time of booking, and is non-refundable.
• Rates are only applicable for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand.
• Special rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher or loyalty program.

• บัตรกํานัลสามารถใช้ ได้ครั้งเดียวและกรุณาแสดงบัตรกํานัลตัวจริงเมื่อเข้ารับบริการ
• บัตรกํานัลไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ในทุกกรณี
• ทางโรงแรมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขและข้อกําหนดต่างๆโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
