🥑 Aguachile Rojo – Succulent shrimp with creamy avocado, bathed in a zesty red chili aguachile.
🌽 Sope de Pulpo con Chicharrón de Pork Belly – A harmony of textures with tender octopus, crispy pork belly chicharrón, and refried black beans atop a handmade corn sope.
🐟 Pescado a la Talla Estilo Barra Vieja – Delicately grilled fish fillet infused with talla marinade, served with white rice and a crisp green salad.
