We are Lina and Dasha, former professional couple dancers, and you may have seen us going crazy at ecstatic dance events! While attending numerous dance events, we realized that some people feel insecure about their dancing and desire more creativity in their freestyle. We also noticed that people can be shy about connecting with others through dance. This inspired us to create a workshop for both beginners and those already familiar with ecstatic dance.

This Workshop is dedicated to the EARTH element, we will focus on how to create a groove, a vibe togehter, how to be really on the beat, how to be more creative and grounded in your own steps.

Join us for a fun experience where you'll get inspired with exercises for new moves, learn how to become more playful, and discover different ways to dance with others. We promise this workshop will enhance your ecstatic dance experience! Having dedicated our lives to various styles of music, from Latin to dubstep, we are excited to share our love for music that guides you on an intense inner and outer journey.
