Larissa Astya Panggabean (Lala) is an Indonesian Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Facilitator based in Bali. She guides Hatha and Yin Yoga with the intention of creating a safe, calming, and supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breath, and stillness.
Her classes invite students to slow down, cultivate body awareness, and find balance both on and off the mat. She believes that yoga is not about perfect poses, but about coming home to yourself with compassion and presence.
