- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

- As this is an outdoor beachfront event, the resort reserves the right to move the dinner and entertainment to an indoor or covered alternative venue within the property in the event of adverse weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather changes.

- Guests must present a valid Megatix QR code (either printed or on a mobile device) upon arrival to gain entry to the event.

- Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or at the discretion of the restaurant management. Special seating requests are subject to availability.

- Meliá Koh Samui reserves the right to amend the event highlights, menu items, or entertainment lineup without prior notice.
