Venue Details
Shire of Murray: The Next 10 Years
Join us to learn about the future plans for where you live and work.
What: Sundowner event with refreshments and the chance to learn about the Shire of Murray’s new 10-year Council Plan
When: Wednesday 7th June from 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Where: Pinjarra Civic Centre
Our ten-year plan has been developed following the most comprehensive public consultation we have ever run: six community workshops, including our first-ever youth summit workshop with senior staff and student leaders from each of our schools, almost 1500 responses to our community survey, 90 internal seminar attendees and more than 60,000 words of community ideas, suggestions and recommendations informed the direction of the plan.
We’re launching the plan with a sundowner event, and we would love you to come along, to learn about the plans for the Shire in the coming years, and take the chance to chat and discuss with Councillors and Shire staff.
The sundowner event will include:
- Presentation and a chance to ask questions about the plan
- Opportunity to meet the individual teams in specific areas who will be involved in delivering the plan
- Refreshments and entertainment provided
This is a wonderful opportunity to meet likeminded people with an interest in our local community, and to find out what the Shire of Murray will look like over the next ten years. We hope you can join us.
This event is free to attend, but registrations are essential. Please RSVP by Friday 2nd June 2023.
