For Dining Vouchers

• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or redemptions.

• Voucher may be used only for the meal specified therein.

• Voucher is valid from 20 August 2026 to 31 March 2027 only with no extension.

• Voucher is non-refundable, non-replaceable in case of loss or damage.

• Reservations are required and are subject to availability.

• Blackout dates apply on 24 November 2026; 24, 25 and 31 December 2026; 1 January 2027; 5, 6 and 14 February 2027.

• Shangri-La Circle members are not eligible to earn points on discounted vouchers.

For Wellness Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-replaceable in the event of loss or damage.
