Under the guidance of Jens Zygar, a pioneer in sound music culture since 1984 and master sound healing teacher, you will learn from a highly renowned facilitator with decades of experience. In this workshop, you'll discover how rhythm serves as the essential counterpart to sound. While sound vibrations elevate us into expansive realms of awareness, rhythm re-establishes our connection to the body, the earth, and the present moment.

Besides the use of shamanic drums and rattles, an essential aspect of this workshop will be the exploration of the voice as a powerful instrument for healing. As a group we will engage in vocal activation exercises designed to unleash the natural resonance of our voices, fostering deeper self-expression and connection to our own, unique sound.
