Creating & playing conscious festivals in Vietnam, Thailand and the UK for over a decade, Mak Mak weaves uplifting journeys that open the heart and move bodies into deep, ecstatic rhythm. Beginning with a grounded, low-slung groove to connect the dance floor, he gradually rises into full ecstatic release. He blends Afrobeat and Afro house with desert tribal rhythms, layering Spanish and Latin-influenced house and driving bass-heavy drops, building toward a peak infused with ceremonial, primal energy that lands on a deeper level. His sets unfold through melodic vocals, organic percussion and layered instrumentation, expanding into acid-tinged bangers and hypnotic Indian vocal textures. His selections carry warmth, groove and emotional lift — music that speaks to the body before the mind, inviting presence, surrender and full-bodied movement.
