Through a simple and gentle connected breathing through the nose, the breathers are guided into a state of uninterrupted circular breathing, inducing deep relaxation and an expanded consciousness. This simple act of conscious breathing serves as a gateway to the subconscious mind, where our deepest fears, desires, and traumas reside.
The session typically begins with somatic movement to prepare the body for the breathwork experience. As participants lay down to breathe, they embark on a journey of inner exploration and healing.
