This journey includes guided vocal warm-ups, a 45-minute Om chanting session weaving through phases of resonance with live instruments, and a deep sound healing integration. 🌅 Assemble & Sunset Gathering: Meet outside at sunset and sip Blue Lotus Tea, known for its meditative properties. Gather in a circle with candles and a fire bowl, accompanied by soothing live music.

🌀 Opening, Introduction & Intention Setting: We'll explore the significance of the Full Moon energy for release and renewal, the power of Om chanting and its vibrational impact, and the spiritual and energetic effects of Blue Lotus Tea.

🌿 Guided Blue Lotus Ceremony: Engage in a gratitude and forgiveness practice to align with the evening’s energy. Mindfully sip the Blue Lotus Tea while reflecting on personal intentions. Write down what you are releasing with the Full Moon and what you are calling in for the next cycle.

🔥 Fire Ritual:  Symbolically burn your written intentions in the fire bowl, representing transformation and surrender.
