How to manage yourself if you’re an empath or highly sensitive

This workshop is a mixture of practices you can take home and use to empower you in your life as well as some lectures to give you context. You’ll learn ways to support yourself when you feel anxious or overwhelmed and also how to own your field differently so that you feel safer (and playful and wanting to engage!) in the world.

This is the place to come with an open mind and heart. Bring all of your questions. Come willing to practice and learn new ways and leave feeling empowered, joyful, and excited to look at reality in a whole new way. This is great if you are new to energy work and also fantastic if you’re a coach, teacher, healer, psychologist, parent or anyone ready to deepen your connection to the subtle energetic world.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Cat's been practicing and teaching energy work and yoga for 25+ years and initially got into the work as a way to transform her own trauma. She's highly sensitive and intuitive and gifted in taking you on a multidimensional journey. She's from the US and has been based in Bali for the last 15 years while traveling the world sharing her gifts. She has just recently moved to Portugal.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
