Bangkok islands new weekly event on Thursdays is an experimental and fun mix of Digital (DJs, Groove Box) and Analog (Synthetizers, Flute Instrument, Percussion). Coming out as one of the Personal Project of the Founder Yuval Playground is meant to create new bands new sounds and encourage mixing and testing new things. Every Week Playground will host new Guests and collaborators.

The Guest :‌

Virion is a Myanmar-born, Seoul-based DJ and producer with a love for UK underground club music. His sound is rooted in UK Garage, 4x4, and other groove-driven styles, always bringing funky rhythms and swingy beats to the dancefloor.

Over the years, he has played in cities across Asia, including Seoul, Tokyo, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Manila, Hong Kong and Guangzhou. His music has been released on Culture Collective Audio, featured on the Ghetto Ray Compilation album, and released through other underground labels.

Always learning, digging, and trying new sounds, Virion keeps sharing his love for the music he loves through both his productions and DJ sets.

This is the beginning of a weekly event so it’s an ongoing project, Entry is free and welcome to anyone to Tinker with us.
