NVC as developed by Marshall Rosenberg is an approach to communication-based on principles of nonviolence. This method has been proven to increase understanding, connection, and empathy between disagreeing, and even oppositional hostile parties. NVC is both a spiritual practice and communication tool that can be used for interpersonal conflict resolution as well as one's own personal guidance, healing and connection to higher wisdom and Self.

In this workshop, we will learn and explore these methods and practices with a deep connection to yogic philosophy and values. Space is limited to create a smaller intimate group where we all get to learn by doing with personal tailored practices that fulfill our needs and values.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

DC Leiro has almost two decades of practice with NVC, he has trained, taught and assisted with master NVC teachers on different continents. He has found NVC to be a life enhancing gift and excellent complimentary integration to the yogic path.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
