TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This ticket is valid for Mexican Gala Night – A Taste of Mexico with a Thai Twist at Saffron Grill, 53rd Floor, Banyan Tree Bangkok, on Thursday, 17 September 2026, from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
2. Each ticket is valid for one person and includes the five-course dining experience and Mexican entertainment by Mexican Bello.
3. The Early Bird price is THB 1,700++ per person for bookings made by 12 September 2026. The regular price is THB 1,900++ per person.
4. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht and are subject to applicable service charge and government tax. Any additional food, beverages or other items ordered outside the event package will be charged separately.
5. Guests are required to present a valid Megatix e-ticket or booking confirmation upon arrival.
6. Seating arrangements are subject to the restaurant’s table configuration. Guests who make separate bookings and wish to be seated together are encouraged to contact Banyan Tree Bangkok in advance. Seating requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Guests with food allergies or dietary requirements are requested to inform Banyan Tree Bangkok in advance. The restaurant will advise whether individual requirements can be accommodated. Specific menu substitutions cannot be guaranteed.
8. Tickets are valid only for the event date and time stated above. Cancellation, refund, amendment, name-change and ticket-transfer requests are subject to the applicable booking conditions confirmed at the time of purchase and Megatix procedures.
9. In the event of a cancellation, postponement or material change initiated by the organiser, affected ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking, with further instructions regarding the available options.
10. Event details and programme elements may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for operational reasons. Any material changes affecting ticket holders will be communicated accordingly.
