How do you respond when you feel seen, misunderstood or vulnerable? Do you withdraw, please, control, protect—or struggle to express what you truly need?

Love Is Listening is a three-hour experiential workshop combining Authentic Relating and shadow work. Through movement, conversation, eye contact, silence, play, consensual touch, boundaries and shared reflection, you’ll explore how you relate to yourself and others.

This is not about learning the “correct” way to communicate. It is an opportunity to notice the patterns, assumptions and protective responses influencing your relationships. When these patterns become visible, you gain the freedom to choose how you respond rather than automatically repeating what is familiar.

No previous experience with Authentic Relating, shadow work or spirituality is required. You don’t need to be an excellent communicator or have everything figured out.

Curiosity is enough.
