Offering a thread of guidance through sound and deep meditation. The Kundalini activation is partly combined with live acoustic handpan and sacred instruments that will create a wave of energy and focus, helping us to release what we need from our field and connect with our true essence.

We will start the ceremony with an introduction to the Lifeforce energy. Following this, there will be a guided meditation to relax our bodies, allowing us to better surrender to the Kundalini sound activation. This will be followed by one hour of live sound and Kundalini frequency. At the end, we will gently bring you back and discuss integration and hold a sharing circle.

This is a path of surrender, so you don’t have to do anything but simply be. You will be lying down on cushions to allow for even more surrender.

👉How to Prepare?
It's better not to have heavy meals before, avoid alcohol, and stay away from coffee to allow your nervous system to relax and go into deep surrender.

Wear comfortable clothes, preferably made of natural materials. Avoid jewelry as it might block the energy flow.
