By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. TICKET POLICY
● There is no Early Bird pricing. All tickets are sold at a standard price.
● Seat and zone selection is available at the time of ticket purchase.
● Each ticket admits one person only.
● Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable.
● Entry is allowed only with a valid e-ticket or QR code.
2. FEES & CHARGES
● Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.
● Additional charges may apply:
○ Megatix Booking Fee: As displayed at checkout
○ Transaction / Payment Gateway Fee: As applicable
● All fees are clearly shown before payment confirmation.
3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
● Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
● Refunds will be considered only if:
○ The event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled
○ Or the event is rescheduled and the attendee is unable to attend the new date
● In case of approved refunds:
○ Refund will be processed to the original payment method
○ Booking fees and transaction fees are non-refundable
● No refunds will be issued for:
○ Late arrival
○ No-show
○ Change of personal plans
○ Partial attendance
This policy complies with the Thailand Consumer Protection Act.
4. EVENT TIMING & ENTRY RULES (STRICT)
● The audience must arrive at least 1 hour before the event start time.
● Entry gates may close before the event begins, as per venue regulations.
● Late entry may be denied to avoid disturbance, with no refund.
● Re-entry after exit may not be permitted.
5. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
● The event includes coffee and light snacks only.
● No meals, alcohol, or special dietary items are included.
● Outside food and beverages are not permitted, as per SF Cinema policy.
6. VENUE RULES (SF WORLD CINEMA)
● All attendees must comply with SF Cinema and CentralWorld rules.
● Prohibited items include:
○ Professional cameras
○ Audio/video recording devices
○ Weapons, sharp objects, or hazardous materials
● Photography, videography, or audio recording during the event is strictly prohibited unless
authorized.
7. CONDUCT & SECURITY
● The organiser reserves the right to:
○ Refuse entry
○ Remove any attendee displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
● No refund will be provided in such cases.
● Security checks may be conducted at entry points.
8. HEALTH, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
● Attendees must follow:
○ Venue safety instructions
○ Emergency evacuation procedures
● Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
9. EVENT CHANGES
● The organiser reserves the right to:
○ Modify event schedule
○ Change speakers or program flow
● Such changes do not qualify for refunds unless the event is cancelled.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation or disruption due to events beyond reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
● Government regulations
● Natural disasters
● Public safety concerns
● Venue restrictions
11. DATA PRIVACY
● Personal data collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with:
○ Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
○ Megatix Privacy Policy
● Customer information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
12. GOVERNING LAW
● These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
● Any disputes shall be subject to Thai jurisdiction.
