Stretch & Stregthen with Leah
22/08/2026 | 9:30a - 10:30a
05/09/2026 | 9:30a - 10:30a
Power & Poise. A grounded, full-body class that builds real strength while restoring range of motion. Slow, deliberate movement meets deep stretch work — leave stronger, longer, and more at ease in your body.
About Leah: Leah has been immersed in movement since childhood, training extensively across ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, and musical theatre before studying professionally in the UK. That long relationship with the body gives her classes a strong sense of coordination, precision, and flow. She helps students connect with movement in a way that feels both expressive and disciplined.
About IKIGAI: In a city that moves fast, it becomes easy to lose connection with ourselves. The pressure, the noise, the constant stimulation. IKIGAI was created as a response to that. Not as an escape, but as a way to move through life with more clarity, more steadiness, and more presence. A space that feels refined, grounded, and welcoming. Where yoga and meditation become practical tools, not intimidating concepts. A place where you can arrive exactly as you are, and leave feeling more like yourself.

She brings warmth, kindness, and encouragement to the room, helping students feel safe enough to slow down, build trust, and keep coming back to practice.
About Cheng-Ya: With Taiwanese heritage and a Belgian upbringing, Cheng-Ya brings a broad and vibrant perspective to teaching.
