Room Voucher Terms and Conditions:

The guest agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Room Validity: The voucher is valid from 18 Aug 2025 – 31 Mar 2026 and it cannot be extended beyond the expiration date and back out as above will be apply, 11-13 Sep 2025, Loy Krathong 3-7 Nov 2025, Christmas and New Year 24 Dec 2025 - 05 Jan 2026 and Chinese New Year 15-22 Feb 2026.
2. Booking and Availability: Guest rooms are subject to availability; advance booking is recommended; the voucher code must be provided to the hotel, and the surcharge must be paid at the time of booking.
3. Redemption: Guest must present this voucher upon arrival at the hotel, fail to do so guest accepted to pay at hotel’s Best Flexible Rate of the day.
4. Extra Person Surcharge: Guest agree to pay the surcharge for 3rd person applicable to the following:
• THB 2,000 net per room per night include breakfast and extra bed
*Extra bed is not allowed in Classic King room and Classic King Mountain View room
5. Booking Modification and Cancellations: Any modifications or cancellations to the booking must be made in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy
6. Transferability: This voucher is fully transferable.
7. Lost or Stolen Voucher: The hotel will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged of the voucher.
8. Non-refundable: The voucher is non-refundable, no refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher
9. This offer is eligible to earn IHG One Rewards nights & points
10. The privileges for InterContinental® Ambassador can be applied with this promotion.
11. Milestone Rewards can be applied with this promotion as per program's term.
12. IHG One Rewards member benefits is applicable e.g. room upgrade, early check-in, late check-out.
