Holding Space is a series of guided practices combining breath, embodied movement, music and human connection. Designed as a gentle transition into Ecstatic Dance, it helps participants arrive fully present, regulate their nervous system, open their body, and connect authentically with themselves and others before entering the dance journey.

Holding Space invites presence, openness and gentle connection. If you are currently going through an intense emotional or psychological period and feel that this experience may be overwhelming, we encourage you to honour your needs and join when you feel ready.

About the facilitator:
Rym is an emotional awareness guide, movement facilitator, writer, and music curator exploring the relationship between emotions, body expression, nervous system regulation, and collective human experience.

Through immersive movement journeys, emotional reflection, music, and presence-based experiences, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves beyond performance, social roles, and external expectations.

Her approach blends emotional awareness, embodied movement, music-driven transformation, self-expression, nervous system sensitivity, and authentic human connection. Rather than teaching choreography or fixed techniques, Rym guides participants toward deeper self-awareness through feeling, movement, and collective energy.
