About Happy Puppy Yoga 

We have 3 branches in Bali and 1 in Bangkok 🐾

Puppy Yoga is a gentle yoga session in the company of friendly and playful puppies.
It’s a joyful way to relax, stretch, and connect with positive energy while helping puppies develop confidence and social skills in a calm, loving environment.
Our Gentle Hatha Yoga classes are designed for all levels — focusing on soft stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation.

🧘‍♀️ Session Duration
Each session includes:

• 45 minutes of yoga practice

• 15–20 minutes of playtime with the puppies — a perfect time for cuddles, photos, and happy moments!

👧 Age Policy
Please note that children must be 8 years or older to participate in Puppy Yoga sessions.

Our project collaborates with several trusted shelters across Bangkok.

We offer three ways to support our mission:

2. Become a Guardian — sponsor a puppy’s care and well-being 🐾

• Toilets, a place to wash your hands, mineral water, and yoga mats are provided.

🎫 Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds are only available if the session is canceled by the organizer.
Please treat your tickets like cash — lost tickets cannot be replaced.
