Grief in Motion: Moving What the Body Holds
Grief is not something to fix, but something to feel, honor, and move. Many of us carry unprocessed grief from heartbreak, endings, change, unmet needs, or the weight of being human. When held inside, grief can become numbness, anxiety, or disconnection.
This workshop offers a grounded space to explore grief through movement, breath, sound, and somatic expression. Through guided practices, evocative music, and communal witnessing, we soften, release, reconnect, and remember. Where grief becomes movement, and movement becomes prayer.
Grief is not something to fix -it is something to feel, honor, and move.
So many of us carry unprocessed grief within the body: grief from endings, heartbreak, transitions, unmet needs, loss of identity, or the collective weight of being human. When grief is suppressed, it can manifest as numbness, anxiety, disconnection, or emotional stagnation.
This workshop offers a gentle and powerful space to meet grief through movement, breath, sound, and somatic expression. Together, we will explore how the body naturally wants to release, soften, tremble, and transform when given permission and safety.
Through guided practices, evocative music, and communal witnessing, participants are invited to reconnect to their emotional landscape and discover the medicine that lives within honest expression.
This is a space for tenderness, humanity and remembrance. Where grief becomes movement, and movement becomes prayer.
