Jeck Johansson, founder of Blooming Together, is a practitioner of Attunement Therapy and student of self-knowledge (Vedanta), with years of experience facilitating sharing circles.

1. Arrive Early: Be ready and present before the announced starting time.
2. Honor the Ceremony: Use this sacred space for prayers, acceptance, and grace to grow.
3. Friendliness & Kindness: I take full responsibility for my own feelings. Act, think, and speak with care—no judgment, advice, or criticism. Choose what hurts the least in words, thoughts, and actions.
4. Share the Space: Allow time for everyone to speak and be heard.
5. Be Truthful: Honor both my own needs and boundaries and those of others.
6. Listen Fully: Listen with both my ears & heart. Presence is the greatest gift.
7. Embrace Accommodation and Understanding: Respect the background and experiences that shape each person’s actions and feelings.
8. Keep it Sacred & Secret: What’s shared here stays here. Respect each other’s journey.
9. No Advice or Fixing: Refrain from telling others what to do; share only from my experience.
10. Speak from the Heart: Use “I” statements to express my truth.
11. Take Responsibility & Own My Journey: Take responsibility for my learning and participation. Care for myself, and ask for help if needed. This is not a space for caretaking others or parenting.
12. Stay Present: Remain until the group officially closes.
13. Phone-Free Zone: Keep phones away until the circle ends.
Together, we create a space of trust, compassion, and growth. These values guide us toward unity, understanding, and personal transformation.
