Tickets Terms & Conditions

Age & Eligibility

• The event is strictly for guests aged 18 years and above.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.

Entry & Timings

• Main Event (Pre-sale: Super Early Bird & Early Bird): final entry by 4:00 PM.
• Main Event (Pre-sale: Extra Allocation & Regular Tickets): final entry by 6:00 PM.
• Re-entry for Main Event tickets is permitted until 7:30 PM.
• After Party tickets: valid for the Clubroom only, from 11:00 PM onwards. Final entry by 11:30 PM.
• Guests arriving late may be denied entry or charged a late fee of THB 500.

Ticket Restrictions

• Main Event tickets grant access to the outdoor main event only.
• After Party tickets grant access to the Clubroom event only.
• Tickets cover entry only. Food & beverage are not included.
• Tickets marked as “Timed Entry” must be used within the time slot stated. Entry outside this period may be subject to availability, alternative arrangements, or a late fee.

Wristbands Restrictions

• Tickets are redeemed once at the gate for a wristband, which is required for entry and re-entry.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times.
• Wristbands are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Guests must purchase a new one at THB 5,000.

Validity & Security

• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, or not purchased through an authorised point of sale.
• Fraudulent tickets will be reported to the authorities.
• Guests must present either a printed E-Ticket or an open confirmation email on their device for scanning.

Weather & Refunds

• In the event of rain or natural occurrences preventing the event from taking place, tickets will be converted into F&B credit.
• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Table Packages - Important Information

Event Policy

• Tickets included in table packages are valid for the Main Event (12:00 PM – 11:00 PM) only.
• Table packages do not include access to the After Party (10:30 PM until late at UNSEEN Clubroom).
• UNSEEN Clubroom After Party |Table packages available from 11:00 PM onwards, final entry 11:30 PM
• To attend the After Party, guests must book a separate table or purchase tickets (online or on-site).

Reservation & Check-In

• Final table check-in is at 8:00 PM. Tables not checked in by this time may be resold.
• Table Packages are valid until 10:30 PM.

Deposit & Payment Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

Music & Service Hours

• Music will be played at high volume until 11:00 PM.
• After 11:00 PM, the volume will be reduced.
• Last orders will be taken at 11:30 PM.

Package Inclusions

• Entry wristbands are included as specified for each package. Any additional guests must purchase separate tickets (online or on-site), but capacity may not exceed the table’s maximum occupancy.
• Food & Beverage credit is included as specified for each package, excluding special smoke items.
