The experience follows a clear progression from observation, to understanding, to preparation, and finally to direct experience through food.

3. This is followed by a 1-hour session on Ayurvedic nutrition, where core principles are explained in a clear and applicable way.

4. The cooking session includes 2 hours of guided preparation of seasonal vegetarian meals using fresh ingredients, with attention to food combinations, digestion, and methods of cooking.

5. The experience concludes with a shared meal, where the prepared food is consumed in a calm and structured setting.
