Terms & Conditions – Gala Dinner: Mexican Night aboard Saffron Cruise

1. Event Date & Venue:

   • Tuesday, 23 September 2025

   • Saffron Cruise, Banyan Tree Bangkok

2. Pricing:

   • THB 3,900 net per person (4-course set dinner)

   • THB 4,500 net per person (4-course set dinner with wine pairing)

   • Prices are inclusive of food, entertainment, applicable service charge, and government tax.

3. Reservations & Ticketing:

   • Tickets are available exclusively through Megatix.

   • Advance reservation is required. Seating is limited and subject to availability.

   • Confirmation is valid only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Seating & Dining:

   • Shared table arrangements may apply.

   • The cruise departs on time; late arrivals may result in shortened dining experience.

   • Menu is fixed; special dietary requests must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds:

   • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • In case of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), Banyan Tree Bangkok reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Guests will be contacted for alternative arrangements.

6. Age Policy:

   • Children under 12 years old are not recommended due to the nature of the event.

   • Alcoholic beverages and wine pairing are strictly for guests 20 years and above, in accordance with Thai law.

7. Health & Safety:

   • Guests must follow the safety instructions of the cruise staff at all times.

   • Banyan Tree Bangkok reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate behavior or under the influence of alcohol.

8. Photography & Media:

   • The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their images by Banyan Tree Bangkok.
