The full moon is a time of illumination. When everything that has unfolded in the past cycle comes into the light. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and release what no longer serves so we can make space for what’s next.

Together we’ll share a grounding moment, then move through guided journaling prompts and sharing to explore what has come full circle in our lives and what we’re ready to release coming into the next cycle. 

Then unwind for the evening with contrast therapy - private sauna, steam and cold plunge. A ritual to support your nervous system and wellbeing.
 

Herbal iced tea and infused water will be served as refreshments.
