Terms & Conditions

• Each Pool & Fitness Day Pass is valid for one person only.
• The pass is valid for one-time use on the selected date only.
• All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• The 200 THB food & beverage credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed during the same visit.
• Proper swimming attire is required for all guests using the swimming pool. The hotel reserves the right to deny pool access to guests not dressed in appropriate swimwear.
• Floral Court Hotel & Residence Sukhumvit 13 reserves the right to modify operating hours, facilities, venue access, or advertised activities without prior notice where necessary.
• In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the Presenter, refunds shall be at the Presenter’s sole discretion.
