ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบัตรกำนัลห้องพัก 

สำหรับห้องพักประเภท Deluxe Room และ Two Bedroom Family Suite เท่านั้น 
ระยะเวลาการจอง: 6–11 สิงหาคม 2569 
ระยะเวลาเข้าพัก: 6 สิงหาคม – 31 ตุลาคม 2569 

• กรุณาจองล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน 
• บัตรกำนัลนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้เข้าพักได้ในวันที่ 24 และ 25 ตุลาคม 2569 
• ซื้อบัตรกำนัลวันนี้ และเลือกวันเข้าพักภายหลังได้ ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 
• โปรโมชั่นนี้ ไม่สามารถยกเลิก ขอคืนเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงการจองได้ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว 
• โปรโมชั่นนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่น ๆ ได้ 
• เด็กอายุ 0–3.99 ปี พักฟรีเมื่อใช้เตียงร่วมกับผู้ปกครอง 
• เด็กอายุ 4–11.99 ปี คิดค่าอาหารเช้า 375 บาทสุทธิ/ท่าน/วัน หรือ 750 บาทสุทธิ/ท่าน/วัน สำหรับอาหารเช้าพร้อมเตียงเสริม
• ผู้เข้าพักอายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไป คิดค่าบริการ 1,500 บาทสุทธิ/ท่าน/คืน รวมเตียงเสริมและอาหารเช้า 
• โปรโมชั่นนี้สงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับ ผู้มีถิ่นพำนักในประเทศไทย (Thai Residents) และชาวต่างชาติที่พำนักอาศัยในประเทศไทย (EXPAT) โดยจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานการพำนักในประเทศไทย ณ วันเช็กอิน 
• ไม่สามารถคืนเงิน แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นได้ 

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบัตรกำนัล 

• ราคาบัตรกำนัลรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าบริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถคืนเงิน แลกเปลี่ยน หรือใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือข้อเสนออื่น ๆ ได้
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือมูลค่าเงินใด ๆ และไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาการใช้งานหลังวันหมดอายุได้
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีชื่อระบุบนบัตรกำนัล Megatix เท่านั้น และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
• บัตรกำนัลแต่ละใบใช้ได้เฉพาะสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรกำนัล
• บัตรกำนัล 1 ใบ สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้ 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น โดยสิทธิประโยชน์ทั้งหมดต้องใช้ภายในวันเดียวกัน
• กรุณาสำรองสิทธิ์ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมในการให้บริการ และอาจมีช่วงวันที่ไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ (Blackout Dates)
• กรณีไม่มาแสดงตัวตามวันที่จองไว้ (No Show) หรือยกเลิกการจองภายหลังระยะเวลาที่กำหนด จะถือว่าบัตรกำนัลถูกใช้สิทธิ์แล้ว และไม่สามารถนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุไว้บนบัตรเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถขยายอายุการใช้งานได้
• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรกำนัลที่หมดอายุ และคิดค่าบริการตามอัตราปกติ
• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังกล่าวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Room package - Terms & Conditions
Applicable to Deluxe Room and Two Bedroom Family Suite only. 
Booking period: 6-11 August 2026 
Stay period: 6 August – 31 October 2026 

• A minimum of 1 day's advance booking is required.
• This voucher is not valid for stays on 24 and 25 October 2026. 
• Purchase your voucher now and book your stay later.  
• This promotion is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be amended once confirmed.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or privilege.  
• Children aged 0–3.99 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with their parents, including daily breakfast.  
• Children aged 4–11.99 years will be charged THB 375 net per child per night for daily breakfast when sharing existing bedding with their parents, or THB 750 net per child per night for an extra bed with daily breakfast.  
• An additional guest aged 12 years or above will be charged THB 1,500 net per person per night, including an extra bed and daily breakfast.  
• This promotion is available to Thai residents and expatriates residing in Thailand. Proof of Thai residency is required upon check-in. 

General T&Cs for Megatix Vouchers 

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax. 
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer. 
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part, and the validity period cannot be extended beyond the expiry date stated on the voucher. 
• Vouchers are valid only for the named holder shown on the Megatix voucher and are non-transferable. 
• Each voucher is valid only for the benefits specified on the voucher. 
• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only. All benefits must be redeemed on the same day. 
• Advance reservation of at least one (1) day is required and is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. 
• No-shows or cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation period will be treated as redeemed, and the voucher will no longer be valid. 
• Vouchers are valid only until the expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be extended. 
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse expired vouchers and charge the prevailing public rate. 
• The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions without prior notice.
