ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

• ราคาที่แสดงเป็นราคาต่อแพ็คเกจ ซึ่งได้รวมส่วนลด สิทธิประโยชน์ ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และค่าบริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว

• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักที่ซื้อแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ และสามารถใช้สิทธิ์เข้าพักได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดเท่านั้น

• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือสิ่งทดแทนเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาการใช้งานหรือวันหมดอายุได้

• ผู้เข้าพักจะต้องเป็นบุคคลเดียวกันกับชื่อที่ระบุในเอกสารยืนยันการซื้อจาก Megatix

• บัตรกำนัลห้องพักไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด หรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่นใดได้

• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อบัตรกำนัลที่สูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือเสียหายไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อมีการแจ้งอย่างเป็นทางการ บัตรกำนัลดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิก และโรงแรมอาจพิจารณาออกบัตรกำนัลฉบับใหม่ให้ตามความเหมาะสม

• Rates are quoted per package and are inclusive of all applicable discounts, benefits, service charge, and VAT.

• All room vouchers purchased are non-refundable and may only be redeemed in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.

• Room vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or cash equivalents, and cannot be extended beyond their stated validity period.

• The guest staying at the resort must be the same person whose name appears on the Megatix booking confirmation.

• Room vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

• The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Upon official notification of a lost or stolen voucher, the original voucher will be cancelled and a replacement voucher may be issued at the hotel's discretion.
