In a time of rapid change and deep feeling, our bodies are being asked to process more than ever.

We begin by gently opening the body through yoga, creating space to listen inward. From there, we move into ecstatic dance—awakening expression, releasing what is held, and reconnecting to the pulse of life. We close with Yin Yoga, softening into stillness to integrate and restore.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Sophie Sofree is a sonic weaver known for her ability to craft dance journeys that awaken the primal and the sacred. Her offerings weave together ecstatic dance, sacred bass, ceremony, and the raw truth of emotional alchemy. Having walked through the fire of deep personal grief, Sophie brings a rare tenderness and depth to her sets—creating containers where rage, sorrow, joy, and stillness are all welcome. Grief lives in her bones, not as heaviness, but as a compass—guiding her into ever deeper truth, compassion, and presence.

Each of her musical journeys is a ritual: a layered unfolding of tribal rhythms, medicine music, ancestral echoes, soul-stirring bass, and spacious integration. Her presence invites dancers to release, remember, and return—to the wisdom of their bodies, the voice of their hearts, and the quiet resilience of the human spirit.

She believes that grief is not something to get over—but something to dance with, to breathe with, and ultimately… to love.

• For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected]  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.
Late Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
