For this event, we are bringing together travellers, students and locals to help keep Canggu Village clean while enjoying a fun and social day together. The cleanup will take place next to the beautiful rice fields, where we can make a positive contribution to the local environment and community.

We are Lynke Hiemstra, Berber Zoon and Luna Kat, three Dutch NHL Stenden students currently studying Event Management at Untrim International in Bali. During our time in Bali, we noticed the amount of waste in local areas and wanted to create an event that combines environmental impact, community and social connection.

A ticket costs IDR 130,000 and includes:

At least IDR 10,000 from every ticket will be donated to Canggu Village to support the local community.

We are not making any profit from this event. Our goal is to create a fun experience while giving something back to the local community.

📅 EVENT RUNDOWN

The Cleanup and connect event will take place on 7 October 2026, from 07:00–10:00 AM, next to the rice fields in Canggu Village. participants are welcome to stay at Lima Bay for the rest of the day and enjoy the pool, food, drinks and social activities.

The exact meeting location will be shared with you through WhatsApp, so please provide your WhatsApp number in this form.

After the cleanup, we will head back to Lima Bay, where you can relax, enjoy your free snack and drink, use the pool, listen to the DJ and meet the other participants.

All cleaning materials needed for the event will be provided by us, including gloves, trash bags and other necessary supplies.
