Join us for a secret day of ceremonial heart-centered and gentle breathwork, movement, and deep connection in the midst of rice fields at Dragonfly Village. This one-day immersion is a journey into presence-where breath meets body, and spirit remembers its rhythm.

10.00 AM - 12.30 PM ~ Intro, Sharing Circle & Breathwork Ceremony
We begin by gathering in circle, setting intentions, and opening our hearts through the power of breath. A guided breathwork journey will take you deep into your inner landscape - awakening clarity, release, and renewal. Guiding us back home to our hearts together in community. 

1.30 PM - 5.00 PM ~ Dance, Mandala breathing & Closing Circle
From breath to movement, we step into flow-allowing the body to express what words cannot. Through conscious dance and mandala breathing, we integrate the energy of the day and connect with the essence of what we are. We close in sacred circle, anchoring the wisdom received.
