We begin in a cozy circle with a warm cacao
ritual to open the heart, awaken the senses and
set intentions together. Then we dive into an
embodiment practice to shift out of the mind
and fully arrive in our bodies so you can fully
claim the the energy you want to embody.
From there we move into a sensual yoga flow
combining fluid yoga sequences, music, body
waves and free movement. This practice invites
you to reconnect with your body, awaken your
sensuality and move with confidence, freedom
and playfulness.
