5-Day Cacao Retreat: Nurture Your Soul

At a time of great change in the world, this is your invitation to press pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Over five days, we will gather in circle with the medicine of cacao, allowing its gentle wisdom to guide us.

Each morning, we will sit in circle, drinking cacao together and opening to the magic that is ready to be revealed. Cacao has a way of showing you what is waiting to unfold—where you are holding yourself back, where you are ready to expand. With its tender yet profound presence, this sacred medicine meets you exactly where you are.

You will be held in a compassionate container by wisdom keeper Sami, who studied for nine years with Keith Wilson, the Cacao Shaman. We will be working with a very special cacao from Guatemala, honouring the lineage and spirit of this sacred plant.

Our home for this journey is a serene retreat space, nestled within a coffee and cacao plantation in the Balinese mountains. Surrounded by lush greenery, fresh mountain air, and the whispers of the land, this is the perfect place to disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself.

We will open our time together with a blessing ceremony led by a local Balinese priest, giving gratitude to the land that will be holding and welcoming us. This sacred offering will set the tone for our journey, deepening our connection to the energy of Bali and honouring the spirits of the place we will call home for these five days.

The afternoons are yours to rest, integrate, and reconnect—walk the land, journal, read, to work on that project that you keep pushing aside, or simply be. In the evenings, we will gather once more, anchoring the day’s insights before drifting into sleep with the sounds of nature.

This journey is for everyone.

If you feel called to join but prefer not to drink cacao, you are still welcome to participate fully in all activities. The experience is about connection, presence, and exploration—whether or not you choose to drink, the space will hold you exactly as you are.

This will be an intimate gathering, with places limited to just 12 participants, ensuring a deeply held and personal experience.

Sami fell in love with cacao for its gentle yet powerful ability to open the heart. For nine years, she studied directly with Keith Wilson, supporting many of his annual gatherings in Guatemala. Sami weaves shamanic wisdom, transformational tools, and deep intuitive guidance into every experience, creating a sacred space for healing and growth.
