A guided experience to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body through cacao, sound, and intuitive art.

This intimate journey begins in a sharing circle with ceremonial cacao, inviting you into a deeper state of presence and heart connection. As the cacao gently opens the heart, you are guided to ground into your body and connect with yourself more fully.

What to Expect

☕ Cacao Ceremony
We begin by gathering in circle and sharing cacao, creating a space for presence, openness, and self-connection.

🎶 Voice & Sound Journey
Through simple singing, vocal activation, and intuitive expression, you will be guided to use your voice as a channel for release. This practice helps soften the mind, release tension, and allow emotions to move freely without judgment.

🎨 Body Love Canvas Experience
You will be invited to paint a part of your body that you may have felt disconnected from, judged, or avoided. Rather than trying to fix or change it, you will meet it with awareness, curiosity, and compassion—expressing your experience through color, texture, and form.

No artistic experience is needed.

This is not about creating perfect art. It is about honesty, presence, and allowing yourself to truly see yourself.

🤍 Shared Women's Circle
Throughout the experience, you will be held in a supportive space alongside women who are also exploring their own path of self-discovery, creating opportunities for connection, reflection, and shared healing.

FACILITATORS

Mahardika — Artist

Mahardika is a Javanese artist whose paintings emerge from meditation, shadow work, and honest self-reflection. With a background in beauty and aesthetics, she has always been passionate about helping others feel beautiful. Through painting, she discovered a deeper way to support this transformation. Her work is an invitation for people to experience self-love, authenticity, and inner blooming.

Sasika — Cacao Ceremony Facilitator

Sasika is a young Javanese priestess devoted to the path of love, bhakti, and conscious living. Rooted in Vipassana meditation, she works closely with nature's wisdom, listening to the earth, elements, and living world as guides. For Sasika, spirituality is not separate from life—it is woven into every moment.

1. Arrive at Nuanu Parking 1 / Guest Parking
2. Show your Nuanu entrance QR code at the gate
3. Take the shuttle buggy inside Nuanu
4. Ask the driver to bring you to SOL Studio
5. The shuttle ride takes approximately 5 minutes
