Breathwork Circle
Join a guided Breathwork Circle - connect with yourself and explore your body, mind and spirit.
These Breathwork Circles are a space to support you to explore your relationship with yourself: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experiences you have of yourself and life. The fundamental method for these Breathwork Circles is Conscious Connected Breathing: a gentle yet profound method that places emphasis on nervous system regulation and sustainable health promotion.
I will accompany you on these journeys through body and energy work as well as with my guidance via voice and music.
You can let go... receive... and sense this deep connection to yourself. Inviting you to be with and feel yourself.
Dates:
Every second Saturday from 4–6 PM. You can book individual events or purchase a 4-session pass.
The Breathwork Circle's take place on: March 1st, March 15th, April 12th, April 26th, May 10th, May 24th, June 7th, June 21st
Limited Spots Available: In this modality, I maintain a small ratio of facilitator to participants in order to prioritize creating a deep and supported (touch & bodywork) experience for everyone who attends. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Join me to breathe and deepen into your inner journey – in an intimate and guided space.
It’s a space to practice being with and accepting whatever is present, grow the capacity to be with it all, and trust the wisdom already within our system. When we do this in a supported space, it helps our system (body, mind, soul) to take steps it otherwise may not be capable of alone.
Through your experiences in these guided breathwork journeys, you can grow your awareness of your sub and unconscious patterns, behaviours and beliefs, to understand how to embody nervous system health and to foster balance and alignment in our lives.
These 2hr sessions include:
- An introduction to the how and why of this practice
- A 60-70min guided Breathwork Journey
- Space to gather with like-minded individuals, to share and create more self-understanding, together.
How to prepare:
- Arrive early (plan for 3:45pm). We start promptly and close the doors at 4:00pm. Latecomers will not be accepted. Tickets will not be refunded if you show up too late.
- Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement
- Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated through the day
- Bring a journal or notebook if you wish
- Recommended: eating light within 2hrs before the session (no heavy meals)
- It’s best to come as well rested as possible and open to explore yourself
- Beginners and experienced breathers are all welcome
- As this breath technique can illicit an altered state of being and we are working with the sub and unconscious (and autonomic nervous system), please enter the space without having taken any other altering substances
Cancellation Policy
Please note, the ticket cannot be refunded or cancelled after purchase.
To transfer your ticket to another date, 24hrs notice (before the original purchased session starts) is required.
Your ticket can be transferred to a friend if you cannot attend.
About Me, Sarah Gatzka
Sarah's passion is to create meaning in life. She has always been interested in understanding humans and their behavior in depth. Sarah decided to explore the human experience more deeply by studying business and psychology and topics like positive psychology and coaching psychology. Today, she combines this knowledge with a body-based approach: Breath- and bodywork. Sarah offers a space for inner work and self-discovery.
Clients work with her for example on the following topics: (re-)connection to Self and the body/ embodiment, self-exploration and self-expression (especially physical and emotional), finding self-confidence and a deep sense of trust in themselves and their lives, creating a healthy and fulfilling life, finding balance in life, balance between their masculine and feminine energy.
