Breathwork Kids is a community for contemporary breathwork events. 😮‍💨

We will have 60 minutes of fun breathwork on the rooftop. Breathing exercises that is modern, freeform using the beat of music as a rhytm to our breathing patterns.

We will have 3-4 rounds of breathwork laying down while listening to a mix of chill and upbeat music. 

Our breathing will be super relaxing and can be playful. 

Breathwork Kids is more than just breathwork. It is a community.

In the end we will go for an ice cream trip together :) 🍦
