Ayurveda For Women Workshop
Ayurveda for Women
A Return to Balance · 90-Minute Workshop · Fortnightly Wednesdays from 29 July 2026 · 2:00 – 3:30 PM · IDR 250,000
A grounded introduction to Ayurvedic wisdom for women — practical tools to support vitality, balance and self-understanding through every cycle and season of life.
About This Workshop
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest living systems of healing — a careful, observational tradition that looks at the whole of a person: body, mind, energy and rhythm. For women in particular, it offers a way of understanding the natural cycles of the body and mind, and of meeting them with steadiness rather than resistance.
This 90-minute workshop is designed to empower you with practical Ayurvedic wisdom to support a more balanced and vibrant life. Together we explore the foundations of Ayurveda alongside simple, accessible tools you can incorporate into your daily routine to cultivate greater vitality and well-being.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your unique constitution and learn nourishing ways to support yourself through every cycle or season of life. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required — just come open-minded and ready to deepen your self-understanding.
What You'll Explore
The session moves between teaching, reflection and gentle practical application. Across the 90 minutes we cover:
- The foundations of Ayurveda and how it understands health and balance
- The doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and how to recognise your own constitution
- Simple daily practices (dinacharya) to support energy, digestion and rest
- Nourishing approaches to food, rhythm and the changing seasons
- Practical wisdom for moving through the natural cycles of a woman's life with steadiness and care
Who This Is For
This workshop is open to all women — whether you are entirely new to Ayurveda or already familiar with the tradition and looking for a clearer, more practical grounding.
It is especially supportive for those who are feeling out of rhythm, navigating a season of change, or simply seeking small, sustainable ways to live with more vitality and presence.
