Live-coding audio/visual surge

Eight performers build an entire night of sound and visuals from scratch, in real time, with their code projected on the wall the whole way through. Nothing is pre-recorded. Every loop, every beat, every shader gets typed into existence while you watch, and you see it fall apart and come back together right alongside the people making it.

This is the live-coding edition of ALGORAPTURE. It's the part of what we do that's hardest to fake and most fun to witness, because the gap between the idea and the sound is right there on the screen. Mistakes stay in. Reboots stay in. The mess is the show.

NULL VALLEY runs the full range, from ambient textures and slow builds to breakcore, hardware sets, and walls of noise. Some of it will be precise. Some of it will go sideways. All of it is happening for the first and only time.
