Within this universe, AÉREA 369 unfolds as a three-day initiation,

A sacred pilgrimage that transcends the idea of a traditional festival. Each AÉREA serves as a gateway into the Akashic field, guiding participants through a progressive awakening of body, mind, and spirit.

AÉREA 3 — Awakening

The journey begins at the edge of the ocean, where sacred beach rites, sound activations, and memory keys gently open the inner landscape. This is where awareness expands, and the first layers of consciousness begin to unlock.

AÉREA 6 — Embodiment

Moving deeper, participants enter a realm of elemental trials, heart-grid activations, and immersive light-body experiences. Here, nature, ritual, and technology merge—inviting full presence, emotional alignment, and energetic coherence.

AÉREA 9 — Ascension

The final phase is a return to wholeness. Through void walks, ocean meditations, and the gathering within a grand festival temple, participants integrate their journey—stepping into clarity, alignment, and elevated consciousness. Coronation will happen, and we will announce the chosen Celestials who successfully accomplished all the AÉREAs in this journey.

IMPORTANT NOTE — AKASHIK REKORDS 

Purchasing THE ALCHEMIST Ticket does NOT automatically mean you can’t access into THE CELESTIAL.

Only those who are fully ascended or personally chosen to participate in the Coronation — after successfully passing all activations, AÉREAs, and initiations — will be officially announced at the end of June 23rd.

At the same time, purchasing THE CELESTIAL Ticket does NOT guarantee access to all festival days or experiences.

Each participant must continue to pass the required activations and AÉREAs throughout the journey. If a participant is eliminated during a specific activation, AÉREA, or initiation, access may be revoked accordingly.

This experience is based on alignment, frequency, participation, and ascension — not solely by ticket purchase.

ADDITIONAL TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to AKASHIK REKORDS Festival / Celestial Council experiences, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Event-Specific Experience
Certain experiences, accommodations, wellness activities, ceremonies, artist performances, facilitators, schedules, venues, and retreat inclusions may evolve, change, or be adjusted at the discretion of the organizers to preserve the quality, safety, and integrity of the experience.
2. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. However, approved cases may be eligible for event credit, future experiences, products, or transfers at the discretion of the organizers. In certain circumstances, portions of proceeds may also contribute toward aligned charitable initiatives, productions, or community projects.
3. Force Majeure / Weather Conditions
The organizers shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, pandemics, emergencies, acts of God, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Accommodation & Retreat Conditions
 Accommodation arrangements, retreat inclusions, transportation logistics, and hospitality services are subject to availability, operational adjustments, and third-party provider policies.
5. Guest Transfers
 Ticket transfers to another guest may only be permitted upon prior written approval by the organizers and may be subject to administrative fees or deadlines.
6. Partial Attendance
Failure to attend any portion of the event, retreat, ceremonies, performances, accommodations, activities, or scheduled experiences does not qualify for refunds, reimbursements, or partial credits.
7. Artist / Facilitator Lineup
All artists, speakers, healers, facilitators, performers, and collaborators are subject to change without prior notice. Changes to lineup or programming shall not constitute grounds for refund or dispute.
8. Data & Privacy Consent
By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and consent that their information may be processed through partnered ticketing systems, platforms, and approved event operations in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and consent procedures.
9. Media Release
By attending the event, guests consent to possible photography, video, and media capture for promotional, documentary, artistic, and archival purposes connected to AKASHIK REKORDS, Celestial Council, and affiliated projects.
10. Conduct & Right of Refusal
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, harmful, unlawful, or misaligned with the integrity of the experience, without refund.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket confirms full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions, event policies, waivers, safety notices, and operational guidelines associated with the experience.
