Terms and Conditions

1. Advance reservations are required. Limited seating is available, please notify the restaurant that you will be redeeming your ticket during that visit.
2. The ticket price is per person per meal.
3. The ticket price is unable to be in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts.
4. The ticket can only be enjoyed and redeemed at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa.
5. The ticket is valid for dine-in only and must be presented before ordering.
6. The ticket is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (in full or in part), may not be redeemed for other gift cards and/or special offers and any unused credit will be forfeited.
7. The Hotel and its establishments are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and no replacements will be made in these circumstances.
8. The Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.
